Shipping Rates:

• Free Expedited Shipping:
  We offer Free Expedited Shipping for Canadian orders over $175. 
  We offer Free Expedited Shipping to the United States on orders over $300.

• We require orders over $300 are verified with signature or picked up at the Post Office. 
• Competitive Rates based on weight and dimensions of product - Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Canpar, etc.
• Order Processing Time: We are committed to dispatching your items as quickly as possible. Approximately 90% of our orders are shipped out within 1 business day.
• Same Day Shipping: To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed before 12PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note that same-day shipping is only applicable on weekdays.
• Complimentary Insurance: We understand the value of your purchases. As such, all orders come with $100 worth of complimentary insurance for your peace of mind.
• Exclusions may apply depending on how remote the delivery address is or how heavy the total weight is within Canada or US. 
• International flat rate shipping is available and are subject to weight limits.

Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped depending on seasonality. 

We'll send you email updates at just about every step of your order's journey. You can also track it by providing your order number and postal code.

High Value Orders Note: For security purposes, orders of higher value will have the "card left for pickup" option selected for their deliveries. We select this option as part of your shipment due to security concerns. You will receive a card in your mailbox from Canada Post which indicates that you must pick up your package at your nearest Canada Post Office.
