Miraj Trading - Card Grading Submission Disclosure and Liability Waiver

This Disclosure and Liability Waiver (the "Waiver") is entered into between Miraj Trading (the "Company") and the undersigned customer (the "Customer") in connection with the submission of trading cards for third-party grading services provided by Professional Sports Authenticator ("PSA") and/or TAG Grading ("TAG").

1. Acknowledgment of Third-Party Grading Services The Customer acknowledges and understands that Miraj Trading acts solely as an intermediary to submit cards to third-party grading companies (PSA and TAG) on the Customer's behalf. Miraj Trading does not provide grading services and has no control over the grading process, decisions, or turnaround times.

2. No Guarantee of Grade or Turnaround Time The Customer understands and agrees that card grades are determined solely by PSA and TAG, and Miraj Trading cannot guarantee or influence the grade assigned to any card. Additionally, estimated turnaround times are provided by PSA and TAG and are subject to change without notice.

3. Condition of Cards and Handling Miraj Trading will take reasonable care in handling cards submitted for grading. However, the Customer acknowledges that:

• Cards may be damaged or lost during shipping, processing, or grading, even with proper packaging and precautions.
  
  
• Cards may incur damage during the encapsulation process by PSA or TAG.

Miraj Trading is not liable for any damage, loss, or alteration of cards once they are submitted to PSA or TAG.

4. Insurance and Shipping The Customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage during transit. The Customer is responsible for understanding the insurance coverage from PSA and TAG. 

5. Bulk Submission Terms  For bulk submissions:

• Cards must be sorted and documented as required by PSA or TAG guidelines.Turnaround times may vary, especially for bulk orders, and no delivery date is guaranteed.
• Payment is required upfront, and any additional fees assessed by PSA or TAG due to errors or card discrepancies will be the responsibility of the Customer.
• The customer will receive a full refund for every card that is not accepted by PSA or TAG for which they have issued a refund for. 

6. Limited Liability The Customer agrees that Miraj Trading's liability is limited to the cost of the grading fee paid for the specific card(s) in question. Under no circumstances shall Miraj Trading be liable for any loss of market value, sentimental value, or potential resale value of the cards.

7. Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Miraj Trading, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the grading, handling, or shipping of the submitted cards.

8. Governing Law This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec.

By checking the “Agree” checkbox in the form or by submitting your cards with Miraj Trading, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Waiver.
