Why has the product release date changed?
There are many reasons for why release dates change but the main reason for delays is because manufacturers want to ensure product quality and thus delay releases to meet customer expectations.
Furthermore, there are supply chains issues that also impact release dates.
We try our best to keep product release date information accurate and update them periodically.
What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
If your order contains a pre-order item then your entire order will ship when all products are available.
When is my credit card charged?
We manually check every order to ensure quality service thus it may take 1-2 business days for you to get payment confirmation.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order.
However creating an account allows you to earn reward points, store your shipping information, see order history, and be notified of promotions and discounts. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?
Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, and so we’re unable to guarantee any cancellation requests or changes to your order.
We can make changes if your order has not yet been packed and shipped. You have 6-8 business hour window after placing your order.

What is the return policy?
Refunds & Returns
You have 15 days to request a refund from the date of delivery. Eligible refunds/returns will be issued a store credit.
After 15 days have elapsed since receiving your order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in original condition and packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
You have 15 days after delivery to request an exchange on unopened items. Exchanges must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
