By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

CONTENT HIGHLIGHTS
• Refresher on the Refresh! We made notable changes to the Upper Deck Series to deliver an even more compelling collecting experience! The changes:
o An improved insert-to-base card ratio in each pack. Each pack now contains three (3) inserts, on average.
o The introduction of a stunning base set parallel, which also means more Young Guns® cards to chase!
And while we changed the configuration (cards per pack/packs per box), each box still contains at least one (1) Young Guns® card, on average!
• Series 2 sports the next 250 cards (251-500) of the 2023-24 Upper Deck base set. Annually, the Upper Deck base set is the most widely-collected base set in hockey. The set includes 198 veteran cards, 49 Young Guns® cards (the most anticipated rookie cards of the season!) and three checklist cards. Keep an eye out for Outburst parallels• Fans and collectors alike will be blown away by the UD Portraits cards! The 2023-24 version of this classic insert portrays star veterans and rookies like you’ve never seen them before! No two player portraits are the same. Series 2 hosts the final 30 cards of the 2023-24 UD Portraits set!
• UD Canvas®, an intra-series set that is a longtime favorite amongst collectors, features a collection of the top stars in the game today, the best of the Young Guns® and, in Series 2 only, short-printed Retired and Program of Excellence (rookies that have played for Team Canada) subsets. Series 2 contains the next 150 cards (C121 – C270) of the 2023-24 set.
• New Insert Sets! The latest edition of Series 2 sports an impressive lineup of new insert sets sure to please everyone, from the casual fan to the avid collector:
o Director of Boards: This set showcases some of the more physical players in the game today.
o Ecliptic: Top stars and rookies are pictured shooting the puck in this all-new set.
o Instinctive: Goalie fans will dig this set showing top goalies making a save! Collect one (1) per box, on average.
o PC’s: This superstar-laden set boasts arguably the best player from each team along with three extra superstars! Collect one (1) per box, on average.
For each set above, there are also Sparkle and rare Gold Sparkle parallels to collect!
o Deep Roots: This set showcases 50 foundational players! Collect one (1) Deep Roots card per box, on average.
o Glaring: Each card in this rare set features a close-up image of the eyes of a star player!
o Monster Season: This special set commemorates Connor McDavid’s 2022-23 season, which culminated with his third Hart Memorial Trophy win! There is a card for each of his 82 regular season games played - each with a photo from, and some text about, the game.
• The popular Honor Roll® and Dazzlers inserts are back! Both are intra-series sets, but the Honor Roll® set ends in Series 2, so be sure to complete this 2023-24 set! In Series 1, the checklists consisted of only star veterans, but for Series 2, the Honor Roll® checklist is comprised solely of rookies while the Dazzlers checklist features more star veterans with some rookies sprinkled in. Each box will contain, on average, one (1) Honor Roll® card and one (1) Green Dazzlers card. The Green Dazzlers cards are only available in Blasters!
• The O-Pee-Chee Glossy insert features star veterans and top rookies. Collect at least one (1) per box, on average, and keep an eye out for Gold parallels!
• With Series 2, set collectors will be looking to complete their 2023-24 Honor Roll® and/or UD Portraits sets. Below is a breakdown of the 2023-24 intra-series sets:
