By placing an order for pre-order items you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Full Deposit Requirement:
Pre-order items require full payment at the time of purchase to secure your order. If you select the "pay in-store" option for pre-order items, you must complete payment either in-store or online within three (3) business days. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your pre-order.
Availability and Allocation:
Pre-ordered items are subject to manufacturer allocations, supply constraints, and market conditions. While we make every effort to fulfill your pre-order, we cannot guarantee availability. In rare cases, manufacturers may delay, reduce, or cancel the release of certain products.
Cancellations and Refunds:
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturer cancellation or allocation shortfalls, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of your payment. In such cases, no pre-order cancellation fees will apply.
Modification or Cancellation by Customer:
Requests to modify or cancel a pre-order by the customer are subject to approval and may incur a 10% cancellation fee, which will be disclosed at the time of the request. Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes in product availability caused by manufacturers, distributors, or other third parties. Our sole obligation in such instances is to provide a refund for the affected pre-order.

Look for autograph versions #’d to 25. Storied Scripts is a hard-signed autograph set #’d to 25 and includes some of the greatest players in the history of the sport. The Signs of Success set - with Tier 1 cards #’d to 49 and Tier 2 cards #’d to 15 - features autographs from active stars and top rookies. • More Hard-Signed Autographs! 2021-22 Artifacts features an impressive slate of hard-signed autograph sets. In addition to Storied Scripts, Esteemed Endorsements (retired legends & active stars), Honoured Members Signatures (retired legends), Signature Apparel (retired legends & active stars) and Admirable Impressions (active superstars & retired legends) all boast on-card autographs. Additionally, each are living inserts (i.e. all new subjects).
• The popular Arena Artifacts insert is back! This year’s edition commemorates the historic Joe Louis Arena, home to the Detroit Red Wings from 1979-2017. As it was the home of some of the greatest teams in NHL history, Joe Louis Arena hosted the Stanley Cup Finals an impressive six times. Each card in this special set #’d to 79 features a legendary Red Wings player (who played in The Joe) alongside a piece of a seat relic from the vaunted arena.
• Look for rare Aurum Signatures cards featuring retired legends, active stars and top 2021-22 rookies - all #’d to just 25! Also keep an eye out for Aurum Signatures Duals cards #’d to just 3 and featuring some incredible teammate pairings, including retired legends.
